The group voted that our 2006 local membership dues should be raised to twenty dollars so that we can continue to Have lectures and entertainment. Our present club officers President George Smallwood, VP Hal Abernathy, and secretary Allan Konstan will leave these positions. Jarvis Howell will continue as Treasurer. The group voted in the new officers- Pres Jim Moody VP Allan Konstan Sec Bill Scavuzzo and Tres Jarvis Howell. A club officer must be a member of the I.B.M. Our club notice and ring report have been seen on line at magiccentral.biz/258.html.

Our young member Donald turned the ripe old age of 15 in October. Donald is already doing stage shows and is on his way to becoming a professional. Our evening MC was Chris Dunn. Chris is also a Ring 170 member and is know for his ability to construct effects that he uses in his performance as a magician and clown. The rubber band man- Lenn Lamoureux "Ducky" started our entertainment with a cut and restored rope effect that end up as the Jumping knot. Len is a very good clown and uses small effects in his magic walk around.Bill Scavuzzo who is advancing quickly in magic introduced his rabbit in the hat assistant " Georgette" puppet. Bill has been busy doing children and business shows. His Hat rabbit will be a good addition to act. New president Jim Moody shared his many quips with the group as he fooled everyone with his spooky egg bag comedy. Jim restored a torn link of paper into a loop. A necktie appeared from his egg bag and a good night silk that said KNAHT UOY front and back, tried to show it as thank you but never made it. Allan Konstan told about his mother keeping him out of the candy cubed. Allan produced a pumpkin and then the guard spider from the cubard. Finally a empty cubed produced candy that was thrown to the group.
