The Ken Krick Ring Meetings are the 4th Thursday of the month. Our next meeting is on March 22, 2007 at 7:00pm. The meeting will be at Lil’ Anthony’s Pizza 1690 Citrus Blvd (Hwy 27/441) Leesburg.
Jim Moody Ring 258 President, who announced it was Mrs. George Shields Birthday as the ring sang “Happy Birthday”, opened our meeting.
Jim also introduced Steve Reynolds our Guest Lecturer and a student of Brother John Hammon’s Magic and techniques.
Who Working: Roger Reid is doing a Birthday Party on Saturday.
Greg Solomon is performing at Taste Buzz on Fridays from 6 to 9.

2007 Dues are due now. Remember, you must be a paid up member to participate in or perform in the Villages Show.

The Lake County Magic Association will present a “Teach In” at Camp Boggy Creek on March 24th. Anyone interested in working it contact Roger Reid for instructions. We need 6 to 7 members to work it.

Jim Moody informed the group that the club hat order was in and the caps had been issued. Anyone interested in ordering one contact Jim Moody.

The Ring received a Thank You letter form Camp Boggy Creek for the Show and Teach In for the Spina Bifida Family Retreat.

Roger Reid informed the club of the great need Camp Boggy Creek has for volunteers. Each year it takes approximately 3000 volunteers to run the camp. Anyone who may be able to help Camp Boggy Creed as a volunteer contact Roger Reid.

There will be a rehearsal show in preparation for the Big Village Show. The rehearsal show will be on April 4th at the Laurel Manor Recreation Center. It will be a full dress rehearsal. So, dust off your props and get ready, for more information contact Jim Moody.

All received Steve Reynolds’s Lecture with great enthusiasm. He shared how he became involved with Hammon’s career and techniques. He explained how it influenced his magic and career.
